DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

Offer statuses

Won, lost, in progress. You can describe each offer this way to better understand your work progress. By default, a sent proposal will appear on your dashboard with an "In progress" status; you can change this status yourself to better reflect the situation.

Using Won/Lost statuses will help you better organize your work and assess the chances of meeting your sales target. You certainly know this mechanism well from CRM systems.

Statuses also serve as filters, allowing you to sort offers by Won, Lost, and In Progress. This helps maintain order and stay on top of the flood of sends and responsibilities.

Multiple file format support

An offer can take many forms and definitely more than one file format. Sometimes you send a table, sometimes a spreadsheet, other times explanations in text form or visualizations as graphics. Now Sellizer, in addition to the good old .pdf, supports many other file extensions that you use daily, e.g. .docx, .pptx, .xlsx, .png.
