  • How do we know the client actually read the proposal and didn't just open it?

    Sellizer tracks not only when the proposal was opened, but also the time spent on each page. This way you can see exactly what caught the client's attention and what they were considering. On top of that, the system shows how many people in the organisation viewed the proposal - so you can tell whether the document is being shared internally and who else is involved in the decision.

  • How quickly do we get notified when a client opens a proposal?

    Instantly. On the first open, the salesperson receives both an SMS and email notification. For subsequent opens - an email. Notification type and frequency are configurable. If the client hasn't opened the proposal, the system can automatically send a follow-up reminder.

  • How long does implementation take?

    Creating an account takes 30 seconds. For teams of 3 or more, we offer free onboarding in two steps: configuration with the admin (1.5h) and training for the entire team (1h). We teach not just how to use the system, but above all how to leverage proposal data in everyday client conversations.

    Yes. The proposal recipient views it in a browser where they are asked to accept cookies - just like on any website. Acceptance rates are close to 100%.
