What is the best app to create a proposal?
For a single proposal, Word or Google Docs is enough. Once you send many proposals and several people write them, you need a tool with shared templates so the whole team works from the same layouts. In Sellizer you build the proposal in the editor from a template, or upload a finished file, and after sending you see what your client read.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get the full version free for 14 days, with no credit card. After that, the Solo plan costs 22 USD and the Team plan 35 USD per user per month (net), or 20% less when you pay yearly. Details are on the pricing page.
Can I send a proposal I made in Word or as a PDF?
Yes. Sellizer accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, PNG and JPG files. One proposal can hold up to 10 files of up to 200 MB each, and you get statistics for each file.
How does my client open the proposal?
Your client gets a link and reads the proposal in the browser, on a computer or a phone. They do not need an account and do not install anything.
Can the proposal carry my company logo and domain?
Yes. On the Solo and Team plans you set your own logo and domain, so your client only sees your brand.
Can my team use the same templates?
Yes. Save a finished layout as a template and pick it from the template list when you create the next proposal. That way every proposal your team sends looks the same.
Can AI write a proposal for me?
Yes. Sellizer has an MCP server that connects it to Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant drafts the proposal in the editor from your client data, for example from your CRM, or improves a proposal you already have. You review, edit and send it yourself, because the AI never sends anything on your behalf.
