Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we accept are credit and debit cards (for monthly & yearly subscriptions) and bank transfers (for yearly subscriptions only).
Does the 14-day free trial contain any hidden fees?
Signing up and using the 14-day trial is completely free and no credit card is required. You can unsubscribe at any moment, and when the free trial is over, your account will switch its status to the free one. If you change your mind, you can come back and extend the subscription anytime.
Does using Sellizer require signing a contract?
No. We love simplicity so we do not bother you with unnecessary paperwork. You control the expenses: you pay when you use our tool.
Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Yes. While we believe in the effectiveness of our solution, we cannot force you to stay with us. You can unsubscribe at any time, without any legal or financial implications.
Can I change the plan at any time?
Of course. We do not have the automatic migration yet but our consultants will help. All you need to do is contact us.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Of course. You can contact us at any time and receive an invoice.
Is the Team plan price for the whole team or per user?
Prices in every plan, including Team, are quoted per user, net, per month. If several people use Sellizer, you multiply the fee by the number of accounts.
What if I don't need to send as many as 100 proposals a month?
The 100-proposal cap in the Solo plan is set with plenty of headroom - it's a maximum, not what defines the plan. You pay a fixed subscription price (for access to the tool, infrastructure and support) regardless of how many proposals you actually send - we don't bill per individual send. Solo is our smallest plan, so if you send fewer than 100 proposals a month, it's the right fit for you.
What if I need to send more than 400 proposals a month?
Yes, that's possible. Above the Team plan limit (400 proposals/month) we offer increased sending limits. The price is set individually, based on the chosen variant and the number of additional proposals. To get a quote, write to sales@sellizer.com.
Can I connect my own sending domain in the Solo plan?
Yes. In the Solo plan you can set up your own domain - it's a one-time fee of 199 PLN net. In the Team plan, setting up your own domain is free. This way the proposal recipient sees only your brand.
