UX

What is UX (User experience)?

It is everything that a user experiences in contact with a website, virtual product, service, and the like. This abbreviation also very often means an approach to creating such projects in a way that maximally takes into account the needs of the user. This of course requires the use of a range of techniques whose purpose is to research those needs.

What is UX? – basic information

User experience design is a type of design oriented toward user interactions with the finished product – regardless of whether it is a website, software, or a specific device. In this approach, the overarching goal is to create a product that is maximally user-friendly, easy to use, and even intuitive. Future users must therefore be involved in the design process in a certain sense. One of its indispensable elements is testing the unfinished product to more precisely understand its actual use.

CX vs UX – what is the difference?

In this context, attention should also be paid to the concept of CX, or customer experience. It is an approach whose goal is for businesses to operate taking into account the needs of their customers. This applies to both products and opinions about the company, communication, and many other aspects. CX is therefore a much broader concept than UX, whose meaning is limited to the user's interaction with a specific product.
