How does Avangardo use Sellizer in their daily work?
Prospecting
Before starting to use Sellizer, the biggest problem Avangardo faced during prospecting was identifying clients who actually dedicate time to reviewing the proposal and are interested in it. Proposals were sent as PDF attachments in email messages. Identifying clients who didn't have time to review the proposal or respond was therefore difficult and resulted in contacting everyone with the same intensity. Despite significant time spent on contact attempts, the results were not proportional to the effort, and some collaboration propositions remained without any response.
Using Sellizer gives Avangardo knowledge about potential clients. This in turn allows them to group clients and, based on that, send them different, appropriately tailored follow-ups. As a result, the prospecting process is shorter but at the same time more effective.
Proposal optimization
Information about the time the recipient spent reviewing the proposal - both as a whole and on individual pages - along with the indicator showing interest in each page proved useful in saving time when creating proposals and continuously improving them.

Before starting to use Sellizer, Avangardo used a CRM for contact organization, but working with it, instead of reducing duties, had the opposite effect. Sellizer took over its tasks and allows viewing the sales process from the proposal's perspective. It provides basic CRM functions and regular reports on sales effectiveness.
What convinced Avangardo to use Sellizer?
Very good contact not only with the Account Manager, but also directly with the app's founders. It's rare in startups for the app creators to seek feedback "at the source," i.e., from clients, and also actively participate in sales themselves.
