Statistics for delivered reports
Initially at PERSO.IN®, personality test reports were delivered to clients along with a consultation. Thanks to the feedback collected during such sessions, valuable insights were obtained about the direction in which the product should be developed. Based on these insights, the final form of the report went through dozens of iterations. Observing differences in the content and manner of delivering feedback, the company decided to explore this topic in a more quantitative research-based way.
We were aware that during a consultation, a trainer can change the perception of the report itself. That is precisely why it was important to understand how users react to the report alone. We wanted to obtain information about which elements are most popular among clients, how much time they spend reviewing it, which elements they reach, and which are skipped and need further refinement.
Sellizer proved particularly useful in this regard. The greatest value for PERSO.IN® came from information about the time and number of views per specific page, as well as the file preview, which allowed for real-time comparison of report content and received statistics. Sellizer helped us not only collect data on how clients react to our currently flagship product - the Personal Report. Thanks to the received statistics, it also became possible to conduct research on differences in how much time introverts, ambiverts, and extroverts spend on the report.
PERSO.IN® knows which report elements are viewed more or less frequently. This allows them to more effectively restructure the report and highlight more important information, to engage even more rather than discourage with topics that do not interest the company's clients.

From the moment we introduced the test without consultation into our offering, we had no tool to check how clients use our products. Sellizer gave us that capability. The decision was also influenced by the fact that it is a Polish company that processes our clients' data within the European Economic Area.
