B2C

B2C (business to customer) is the name for relationships between companies and individual customers. The basic tasks of B2C include acquiring customers, providing the user with an easy-to-use interface, and preparing a virtual place to sell the company's products.

B2C vs. C2B

Unlike C2B (Customer to Business), where the sale is initiated by the buyer, in B2C the transaction begins at the initiative of the enterprise. It is worth emphasizing that B2C relationships are based on selling products to a large group of retail customers, where the value of an individual order is relatively low.
