Benefit Language

What is Benefit Language?

It is a way of building a message (e.g., ads, offers) whose structure is based on the needs and expectations of the recipient, as well as on emotions. The content of such a message answers the question of what the customer will gain from our product/service. Its purpose is to make the recipient feel that we understand their needs and are able to address them, ultimately creating a desire to purchase our product and finalize the transaction.

Why should you use Benefit Language?

Product description according to the feature - advantage - benefit scheme

  1. First, describe the product features in detail.

  2. Then consider which advantage might interest the customer most.

  3. Finally, present the benefits of that advantage. Helpful questions include: What will the customer gain from the purchase? / How will it affect their life/functioning / how will it improve it? / How specifically will it help them? / How will it solve their problem?
