Customer success refers to sales activities within customer contact that aim to build a lasting relationship. Key to this process is understanding the customer's needs, goals, and expectations, as well as familiarizing yourself with their company's operations. In addition to learning about these matters, it is important to give the customer a sense of understanding and assurance that we are able to help them.
An individual approach is key to Customer Success.
Why should you have a Customer Success Team in your company?
This department creates individual value for a given customer. It aims to build long-term cooperation and bring about a situation where the user fully utilizes the chosen solution. Often overlooked and replaced by a Customer Service department. However, their tasks differ significantly. Customer Service is responsible for ongoing customer contact, receiving inquiries, solving problems, and responding to tickets. Customer Success, on the other hand, takes care of long-term relationships.
