Offer

A commercial offer is a proposal to sell or purchase goods or services, which also specifies the main terms of the agreement between the parties. In practical terms, a commercial offer is a catalog of products or services with their descriptions and price list, containing an invitation to establish cooperation.

Elements that a commercial offer must contain

Practical tips to increase offer effectiveness

  • when creating an offer, remember that it must address the needs and expectations of the recipient - if it is too general, it will not attract their attention and they will consider reading it a waste of time
  • focus the offer on specific issues most important from the customer's perspective - the more extensive the offer and the more pages it contains, the less comfortable it is for the recipient to browse
  • include a CTA element that will motivate the customer to take action, e.g., scheduling a meeting or contacting a salesperson - offer a special discount or add something for free
  • send offers only to decision-makers in the company - if you target a general company email, it is very likely that your message will not be opened at all or forwarded to the right person
