ROI

ROI (return on investment) is a metric used to evaluate investment effectiveness and compare the performance of many different investments. Its use allows determining the ratio of profits to costs incurred on the investment, i.e., assessing the profitability of advertising activities.

The ROI value can be presented both as a percentage and as a number. It is calculated using the following formula:

ROI = (investment gain - investment cost)/investment cost
