KPI
Key Performance Indicators (abbreviated KPI) are metrics used to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of conducted activities and to measure the level of achievement of planned goals, including sales goals.
What does KPI provide?
Well-chosen and measured indicators allow for:
- proper task prioritization,
- making decisions based on the most important information,
- properly directing company resources toward tasks that are important in the company's sales strategy.
