Follow-up

A follow-up is a supplement to the sales communication we conduct with a customer: it is an additional action we take as part of communication activities, most often via email. The purpose of a follow-up is to remind the potential customer about a previous message that may have concerned, for example, a purchase decision, or where a response was important for moving the prospect to the next stage in the sales funnel

You may have once read an email that said: “Hello, have you had time to review my previous message?”… That is exactly what a follow-up is.

Follow-up and Sellizer

Sellizer will help you effectively eliminate follow-ups from your sales communication. Sellizer is a tool that will notify you when a customer opens your offer, which you normally send in PDF format. Additionally, it will provide you with information about the customer's interest in your offer, presenting the time the person spent on individual pages of the offer, as well as a range of additional information, such as whether your offer was printed or forwarded.

Thanks to this, you will no longer contact prospects with follow-ups, but instead you will be able to reach out to the customer who is currently reading your offer and refer to the points that most captured their attention.
