What does Grupa TENSE use Sellizer for in their daily work?
Verifying whether clients have reviewed the proposal
The main problem that led Grupa TENSE to start using Sellizer was the lack of information about whether clients had reviewed the proposal or contract sent to them. It happened that emails ended up in spam, which, combined with the inability to reach clients by phone, led to lost sales. Moreover, clients often receive proposals from several companies at once and sometimes confuse them – despite confirming during a conversation that they had reviewed the proposal, they would decline it, citing reasons such as a price that was too high. Later it turned out that they had been referring to a competitor's proposal the whole time, and had not yet reviewed the one from Grupa TENSE.
When during a conversation a client says they have read the proposal, the Advisor at Grupa TENSE, seeing in Sellizer that the document has not yet been opened, can quickly verify and make sure the client is referring to the right proposal and has not confused it with one from a competing company.
Certainty about what happens with documents after sending
By using Sellizer, Grupa TENSE also gains certainty that every document sent has been read by the client. Detailed statistics for each proposal allow them to check whether it was forwarded to another email address, which in turn makes it possible to verify how many people are discussing a given topic. Also useful is the information about how much time the client spent on each page of the proposal, how they navigated through it, and whether they printed the received document.
Contacting the client at the best time
Clients of Grupa TENSE (many of whom run sole proprietorships) often do not have time for a conversation during the standard working hours of the Advisors, because they themselves are working and performing their services at that time. They only read messages in the evenings, when it often doesn't feel appropriate to call.
Before starting to use Sellizer, to verify which proposals had been read by clients, Grupa TENSE used:
• requests for read receipts in the email client,
• SMS messages informing about the sent proposal,
• multiple phone calls.
Thanks to the SMS notifications from Sellizer confirming that clients have read the message and opened the proposal, Grupa TENSE has significantly reduced the number of empty calls and can now align with the time when the client has a moment to discuss the proposal.
What convinced Grupa TENSE to start using Sellizer?
As the Board Plenipotentiary for Sales at Grupa TENSE, I constantly try to boost the conversion rate of signed contracts relative to the number of submitted inquiries. So I was looking for a tool that helps achieve this and came across Sellizer.
