ERP

ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning - it is a method of effectively planning the management of all enterprise resources. It also refers to IT systems that increase the efficiency of enterprise resource management or the cooperation of groups of enterprises working together, by compiling data and enabling operations to be performed on collected data.

They cover all departments in the company - the goal of ERP systems is their integration. It involves permanent access of all employees to a shared database operating within a single system, making it easier to manage ongoing activities, plan future ones, and summarize those already completed. An ERP system also improves the quality of communication and customer service.

Who is ERP for?

Starting entrepreneurs and smaller companies, especially service-oriented ones, can first invest in CRM solutions. A CRM system will help them support the customer acquisition process and improve relationship building with existing customers.

Companies whose operations are based on goods trading will benefit much more from implementing an ERP system. The solutions offered by ERP systems will provide better control over the purchasing process, suppliers, and allow monitoring of inventory levels and sales.
