Outsourcing

This name comes from the combination of three English words: outside-resource-using, meaning using external sources. Outsourcing therefore involves delegating the execution of part of the responsibilities to an external company specializing in a given field. 

Sales outsourcing involves the execution of part or all of its processes by an external entity specially dedicated to this task. This brings many advantages: lower risk of failure and thus limited costs incurred (assuming that our resources or skills are insufficient to conduct effective activities), the ability to use more specialized IT systems, and support from experienced employees and practitioners in the field.
