PandaDoc pricing 2026: plans, usage credits and what a team really pays Pricing PandaDoc pricing 2026

PandaDoc has a free plan, then costs $19 or $49 per seat a month when you pay for a year, and $35 or $65 when you pay monthly. The pricing page opens on the yearly prices. For sales proposals the plan that matters is usually Business, because pricing tables, CRM integrations and recipient analytics start there.

In short: Free $0 (5 documents a month), Starter $19 and Business $49 per seat a month billed yearly, or $35 and $65 billed monthly. Enterprise is priced on request. The API, bulk send, web forms and automations use paid usage credits on Starter and Business, and Salesforce is a paid add-on.

PandaDoc plans and prices in 2026

We read the prices on pandadoc.com/pricing on October 31, 2026, in the US version of the page, with both billing options selected in turn. All prices are in USD and exclude taxes.

Yearly billing saves 46% on Starter and 25% on Business. Over a year one seat costs $228 instead of $420 on Starter and $588 instead of $780 on Business. Enterprise can be priced per seat or per document, with unlimited seats on the per-document option.

What each PandaDoc plan includes

Free: $0

Legally binding e-signatures for 5 documents a month, each with up to 2 recipients, and up to 5 templates. You can upload your own files, set a signing order and get real-time notifications. Pricing tables, branding and recipient analytics are not included. Limited API access and the Claude and ChatGPT connector (in beta) are.

Starter: $19 per seat a month

Unlimited documents and e-signatures, the drag-and-drop editor with embedded video, editing in Microsoft Word, AI search and expiration alerts. Templates are still capped at 5, and there are no pricing tables, CRM integrations, recipient analytics or automatic reminders. Starter fits teams that send forms and agreements, less so sales proposals.

Business: $49 per seat a month

The plan PandaDoc builds for sales proposals. It adds unlimited templates, quotes with pricing tables and a product catalog, collecting payments, CRM integrations, custom branding and a content library, approval workflows, recipient analytics, automatic reminders, automated reports, webhooks and up to 3 deal rooms. Salesforce is a paid add-on. Qualified electronic signatures and recipient verification are available on annual plans only.

Enterprise: priced on request

Adds smart content, custom user roles, unlimited team workspaces and rooms, single sign-on and data residency in the US or EU. CPQ, workflow automation and notary are add-ons or need usage credits.

PandaDoc API pricing

The API has its own plans on a separate pricing page. The free API plan covers 60 documents a year with up to 2 recipients each and a full sandbox for testing. The API Developer Plan costs $40 a month after a 14-day trial and includes 40 documents a month. Enterprise volume is priced on request. On the regular Starter and Business plans, API documents use usage credits and cannot be paid as you go.

What a team of 5 pays in a year

An example for 5 salespeople who send proposals. List prices from October 31, 2026, before taxes and usage credits:

PlanBilled yearlyBilled monthly
PandaDoc Starter5 × $19 × 12 = $1,1405 × $35 × 12 = $2,100
PandaDoc Business5 × $49 × 12 = $2,9405 × $65 × 12 = $3,900
Sellizer Team5 × $28 × 12 = $1,6805 × $35 × 12 = $2,100

Starter is the cheapest line, but it has no pricing tables, CRM integrations or recipient analytics, so most sales teams end up on Business. Sellizer prices are net of VAT. The tools do different jobs: PandaDoc includes e-signatures, quotes and payments, and Sellizer has none of the three.

Is PandaDoc worth the price?

If you want one tool to build a proposal, put a price table in it, get it signed and collect the payment, Business does all of that. If e-signatures are the main need, compare it with DocuSign in PandaDoc vs DocuSign, and for another proposal builder see PandaDoc vs Proposify.

Many teams already write proposals in Word, Google Docs or their CRM and send them as PDFs. For them the question after sending is simple: did the client open it, and what did they read? Sellizer answers that. You see reading page by page, a heatmap and a session replay, you get an SMS on the first open and an email on every next one, and follow-ups go out on their own when the client goes quiet. Sellizer has no e-signature and no payments in the document, so if you need those, PandaDoc fits better. The full comparison is in Sellizer vs PandaDoc, and cheaper tools are listed in PandaDoc alternatives.

Free plan and trial: what you actually get

According to the PandaDoc help center, the free plan allows 5 documents a month with up to 2 recipients each (older annual free accounts keep 60 a year). The 14-day trial of the paid plans needs no credit card. With a business email you can send up to 50 documents with up to 5 recipients each during the trial; with a personal email the limit is 5 documents with up to 3 recipients. After the trial you choose a plan or stay on the free one.

If you mainly want to see when a proposal is opened and read, Sellizer starts at $17.60 per user a month billed yearly, with a 14-day trial. How proposal tracking works is explained in our guide to proposal tracking software, and Sellizer plans are on the pricing page. We compared another popular tool the same way in DocSend pricing 2026.

How we checked these prices

We opened pandadoc.com/pricing on October 31, 2026, in the US English version, switched between monthly and yearly billing and saved both views. Plan features come from the comparison table and FAQ on the same page and from the plan comparison in the PandaDoc help center; API prices come from the API pricing page. Sellizer is our product. We review this page every quarter; if a price has changed, tell us and we will correct it.

PandaDoc pricing FAQ

Is PandaDoc free?

There is a free plan for e-signatures: 5 documents a month with up to 2 recipients each, and up to 5 templates. Pricing tables, CRM integrations, recipient analytics and automatic reminders start on the paid Business plan. Every paid plan also has a 14-day free trial without a credit card.

How much does PandaDoc cost per month?

Billed yearly, Starter costs $19 and Business $49 per seat a month. Billed monthly, the same plans cost $35 and $65. Enterprise is priced on request, per seat or per document. Prices exclude taxes.

Why is PandaDoc so expensive?

Because the plans bundle a lot: a document editor, e-signatures, quotes with pricing tables, payments and CRM integrations. For sales proposals you usually need Business, which costs $49 per seat a month billed yearly. If you mainly want to know when a client reads a proposal you made elsewhere, you pay for features you will not use.

What are usage credits in PandaDoc?

A usage credit is spent each time a document is created through the API, Zapier, Make, web forms, bulk send or another automation. Starter and Business include trial credits for new customers; after that you buy a recurring credit pack. When the credits run out, API document creation pauses, and other automations are billed as overage, up to $5 per document.

Does PandaDoc have a free trial?

Yes, 14 days without a credit card. With a business email you can send up to 50 documents with up to 5 recipients each during the trial. With a personal email the limit is 5 documents with up to 3 recipients each.
