Thunderbird integration

Sometimes you're replying to an inquiry, sometimes you're picking up a thread that's been running for a week, sometimes you're following up right after a call. Instead of switching over to the Sellizer panel, you stay in Thunderbird - pick the recipient, attach the file and send the proposal with full tracking of opens and reading time. No window switching, no breaking your rhythm. On top of that, you get an overview of your proposals within reach, so you can check what's happening with them without leaving your inbox.
Thunderbird runs on Windows, macOS and Linux, so the Sellizer add-on works whatever system you're on.
