- clearly visible buttons containing clear CTA
- page clarity and avoiding excessive graphic and textual content, links, etc. (to avoid distracting visitors)
- content precision and communication based on user needs, emphasizing benefits they can achieve
- forms with simple structure - too many fields to fill out can be discouraging for users
