GetAccept alternatives: 5 tools for building and tracking proposals and signing contracts

GetAccept puts the proposal, the e-signature and the conversation with the buyer in one digital sales room. eSign costs USD 25 per user a month for teams of up to 5 people. Document tracking, deal rooms and CRM integrations come with Professional at USD 49 per user, for at least 5 users. We compare five alternatives grouped by what you used GetAccept for, with prices checked in November 2026 and the weak spots of each.

Why teams look for a GetAccept alternative

Reason 1

Tracking means paying for 5 seats.

eSign has no document tracking. Page-level tracking starts on Professional: USD 49 per user a month for at least 5 users, so USD 245 a month even for a team of two.

Reason 2

No add-in for Gmail or Outlook.

You send from the GetAccept app or from the CRM. Reps who write to clients from their inbox open another window for every proposal.

Reason 3

Your buyers only read and sign.

Video, chat, meetings and mutual action plans help in long deals with many people. When the client only reads the proposal and signs it, you pay for a sales room nobody uses.

GetAccept alternative for tracking proposals after sending

If you mainly used GetAccept to see when the client opened the proposal and which parts they read, Sellizer shows the same for the PDFs your team already makes. For a feature-by-feature comparison, see Sellizer vs GetAccept.

1

Sellizer

Best for tracking proposals and following up

Best for sales teams whose proposals go quiet after sending.

Sellizer sends your proposal as a tracked link: upload a PDF, share a link or build an HTML proposal in the editor. You see every open, the time on each page and whether the proposal was printed or forwarded, with a heatmap and a session replay. You get a text message and an email at the first open, and an email on every open after that. Priority and Engagement scores show who to call today, and follow-up sequences start when the client goes quiet. Gmail connects automatically, other mailboxes through SMTP/IMAP, and there is a plugin for Outlook 2013 and later. Pricing: USD 17.60 (Solo) and USD 28.00 (Team) per user a month billed annually, or USD 22.00 and USD 35.00 billed monthly, 14-day free trial.

Pros

  • Text message at the first open and an email on every open, in every plan
  • Time per page, heatmap and session replay
  • Follow-up sequences triggered by what the client does
  • Proposal editor with industry templates, or upload your own PDF
  • EU servers, GDPR and Google Consent Mode v2

Cons

  • No e-signature. The client accepts the proposal or requests a contract from a widget inside it
  • No meeting booking inside the proposal
  • No password, NDA gate or watermark on the link

GetAccept alternatives for building proposals with a small team

If you mainly built proposals in GetAccept, you need an editor with templates, quotes and e-signature that a team of two or three can afford. For more options, see Proposify alternatives; every PandaDoc plan is broken down in PandaDoc pricing 2026.

2

PandaDoc

Best free plan

Best for teams that want to start free and add quotes and deal rooms later.

PandaDoc has a free plan for 5 documents a month with the drag-and-drop editor, e-signature and real-time tracking. Starter adds unlimited uploads and e-signatures. Business adds custom quotes, CRM integrations, custom branding, a content library, deal rooms and approval workflows. CPQ and SSO are on Enterprise. Pricing: Free, Starter USD 19 and Business USD 49 per seat a month billed annually, or USD 35 and USD 65 billed monthly.

Pros

  • Free plan for 5 documents a month
  • Deal rooms and approval workflows on Business
  • Time and views for each page of the proposal

Cons

  • Full page analytics only on the higher plans
  • CRM integrations and some features need usage credits or a paid add-on
  • No text alerts, heatmap or follow-up sequences of your own
3

Proposify

Best editor with approvals

Best for teams that need a manager to sign off on what goes out.

In Proposify you build proposals and quotes in a drag-and-drop editor with a content library and a product catalog. Build includes unlimited documents and e-signatures, document insights and integrations. Grow adds user roles, approval workflows and the API. Pricing: Build USD 39 per user a month billed annually (USD 49 monthly), Grow USD 65 billed annually, Scale from USD 12,800 a year for 10 users.

Pros

  • Unlimited documents and e-signatures on Build
  • Monthly billing available on Build
  • Approval workflows from Grow

Cons

  • No free plan, 14-day trial
  • Roles, approvals and the API start on Grow, billed annually
  • Open alerts by email and in the app, no text message

GetAccept alternatives for contracts and e-signature

If you mostly used GetAccept to get contracts signed, a contract or e-signature tool can replace it. We compare PandaDoc and DocuSign in PandaDoc vs DocuSign.

4

Oneflow

Best for the whole contract lifecycle

Best for teams where legal or finance must approve every contract.

Oneflow covers the contract before and after signing: you negotiate with inline comments, collect signatures in a set order and manage the signed contract with lifecycle rules and data retention. Business includes 5 users, workspace branding, approvals before signing and webhooks; eID signatures cost extra. Enterprise includes 10 users and adds SSO, shared templates and section rules. Oneflow does not publish prices: plans are quoted after a demo and billed annually only. There is a 14-day trial and a freemium plan.

Pros

  • Approvals before signing, inline comments and signing order
  • Lifecycle rules and automated notifications after signing
  • GDPR and eIDAS compliance, ISO certification

Cons

  • No public prices, annual billing only
  • No time per page and no print or forward tracking
  • Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics integrations cost extra
5

DocuSign

Best for e-signature only

Best for teams that write proposals elsewhere and only need the signature.

DocuSign sends documents for e-signature. Personal costs USD 11 a month and includes 5 envelopes a month. Standard costs USD 30 per user a month with 100 envelopes per user a year, shared templates, comments and your own branding. Business Pro costs USD 45 and adds web forms, payments during signing and bulk sending. All three prices are billed annually.

Pros

  • From USD 11 a month for one person
  • Integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Payments during signing on Business Pro

Cons

  • 100 envelopes per user a year on Standard and Business Pro
  • An email after the first open, no page analytics
  • The proposal editor is a separate module, not part of the e-signature plans

  • What to do: decide which signal tells your reps to call
Inbox

Where your reps send from

  • Some tools send from their own app or the CRM, others from Gmail or Outlook
  • What to do: have one rep send a test proposal the usual way before you buy

  • PandaDoc, Proposify, Oneflow and DocuSign have built-in e-signature. Sellizer has no e-signature
  • What to do: check how many of last month's deals ended with an e-signature

How we chose these tools

We grouped the tools by the three jobs teams buy GetAccept for: seeing how a proposal is read, building the proposal, and getting the contract signed. In each group we kept tools a team of two or three can buy.

We checked the prices of GetAccept, PandaDoc, Proposify, Oneflow and DocuSign, with their billing periods, on each vendor's pricing page on 4 November 2026. The marks in the table come from our feature database, which we build from vendor pages and help centers. Sellizer is our product: its cons are on its card like everyone else's. More comparisons are in the alternatives hub, and the proposal tracking software page explains how tracking works.

GetAccept alternatives: common questions

How much does GetAccept cost?

As of November 2026 eSign costs USD 25 per user a month for teams of up to 5 users, and Professional costs USD 49 per user a month for at least 5 users, so at least USD 245 a month. Enterprise is priced on request. The pricing page does not say whether these prices are billed monthly or annually.

Does GetAccept have a free plan?

The pricing page lists no free plan: eSign at USD 25 per user a month is the cheapest. Among the alternatives, PandaDoc has a free plan for 5 documents a month and Oneflow says it has a freemium plan. Sellizer, Proposify and Oneflow offer 14-day trials.

Which is better, GetAccept or PandaDoc?

GetAccept is better for long deals with several people on the buyer side: Professional adds deal rooms, mutual action plans, meetings and chat, for at least 5 users. PandaDoc is better if you want to start free or pay for two or three seats: Business at USD 49 per seat billed annually also has deal rooms and approval workflows.

Is DocuSign a good GetAccept alternative?

Yes, if you only need the signature. DocuSign starts at USD 11 a month for 5 envelopes, billed annually, and Standard costs USD 30 per user. It sends an email after the first open but shows no time per page, and its e-signature plans have no proposal editor, so you write the proposal elsewhere.

Does GetAccept show how a proposal is read?

Yes, on Professional and Enterprise: time on each page, visits, prints, downloads and forwards, plus a deal score. eSign has no document tracking. GetAccept notifies you of an open, but not by text message.

Does GetAccept work with Gmail or Outlook?

It has no add-in for either inbox. You send from the GetAccept app or from the CRM, and the GetAccept browser extension for Chrome and Edge works on CRM tabs. Sellizer connects to Gmail automatically, to other mailboxes through SMTP/IMAP, and has a plugin for Outlook 2013 and later.
